Flight Helmets (HGU-56/P)

Stickers - No stickers of self adhesive items are authorized on the HGU-56/P helmet shell or dual visor assembly housing. Excessive use of stickers or self adhesive items limits the ALSE technicians ability to inspect the helmet shell for cracks or soft spots.

Storage of helmets - Place the helmet in the helmet bag with the front facing towards you. Keep all junk out of the bag and take care of your helmet like it says in TM 1-1680-377-13&P, EM 0250.

Flight Vests (AW GEN 3)

Pockets – The movement of pockets for personal comfort is allowed by aircrews except for the CAT (tourniquet) pocket and the SRT (extraction D-ring) pocket. Do not remove items from one pocket to another.
